Mills’ First Buy
Mills Corp. will make its first acquisition with its announced purchase of the 1.5 million-sf Forest Fair Mall in Cincinnati, Ohio, from Gator Investments of North Miami Beach, Fla. Purchase price and terms were unavailable, but Arlington, Va.-based Mills expects to close the deal by the end of this month. Planned are a shot-in-the-arm tenant mix of high-profile theaters, restaurants, entertainment and anchors, similar to the mix at Discover Mills north of Atlanta.
