Project Opens in Belgium
Maasmechelen Village, the fifth outlet project to be developed by
London-based Value Retail, opens with about 50 percent occupancy
in its 108,000-sf footprint. The project is strategically located
in one of the most populous and affluent regions of Europe, about
one hour from Brussels, Antwerp, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Eindhoven.
European outlet dot-com grows rapidly
Outlet company Haburi is proving to be one of the more successful
outlet dot-coms, considering that it’s on course to gross nearly
$9 million this year through the on-line sale of some 400,000 articles
of clothing and accessories.
